Why am I trying so hard?
April 03, 2023, I had my second day of official teaching and I can say, I kinda did a good job with my motivational activity as I know I placed some effort in making it. I created a mini board with jumbled letters for the learners to arrange to come up with the hidden meaning. I think I did well with that. I again taught two sections of Grade 12 but I my CT wasn’t able to observe me on this day because she had some errands to do which makes me think “kelan kaya ako matatapos dito?”. I noticed on this day that both classes I taught participated really well. Maybe because of the effect of the “Slay ticket” I gave them. It is a small rectangular strip of paper that will give them one point for them to claim either for their quiz or written work. I think the learners liked that.
Although I did my best today, I still felt like I should’ve done better because I am not new to this anymore. Why am I really trying so hard? Because I want to deliver my lessons well. Maybe that’s why.
