Ok, this is not about me having my final demo ok? I will only wish.
In the afternoon of March 02, 2023 my fellow student teacher whom I have the same CT with had her final demo in one of the sections of grade 7. I am also asked to take her photo for documentation and of course, I said yes. It’s the least I can do. So my day started with an observation in two classes for my RLP and then I had my teaching for Homeroom Guidance in one of the Grade 7 sections. The teaching went well, but I didn’t manage the class well when I had them play human bingo. The class started with chaos and because of that atmosphere, the whole session was not that engaging as the students are still hung up with the human bingo and I think I didnt do justice for the session.
After my session, I prepared to help my fellow ST on her final demo. At the start, she’s already showing her confidence and dynamism as she led the class with full control of the noise and most of all, the students are very participative. I snapped photos as good as I can because I am trying to find the right angle, I am constantly moving until my shoes gave up. I glued it back before resuming to the class she’s having her final demo in. I feel so relived for her because despite her fading voice, she managed the class excellently.
Despite failing my teaching in one class, I know I won’t stay like this for long as the comments I am receiving are getting better and better. I will someday get the hang of this hopefully
